BMS PACKAGE MANAGER - PROJECTS IN GERMANY
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading Main MEP Contractor working on projects in
Ireland and across mainland Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career with a

As a BMS Package Manager, you will be based in Germany and the
successful candidate will be responsible for the BMS package including
design development and engineering, delivery & installation, testing,
commissioning & startup, for a large value, hyper-scale Data Center.
Reporting to the Project Manager - Mechanical, the successful
candidate will be required to manage all aspects of the package such
as quality, progress & programme and commercial.
The BMS Package Manager will be required to interface with in-house
mechanical and electrical teams to ensure system requirements are
coordinated and delivered.
The BMS Package Manager will be required to review all equipment
technical submittals and ensure these meet the requirements of the BMS
design.
REQUIREMENTS
Hold excellent technical knowledge of BMS systems and products
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Minimum 8years experience in BMS roles with at least 3years in a lead
role
Understanding of project planning, construction sequencing and
critical path
Previous experience working in Germany an advantage but not essential
Have a sound understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems
Have previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning to level 5
